James Li
Founder and Artistic Director of J Ballet Academy. A registered RAD teacher and former senior soloist with Guangzhou Ballet, James has also served as ballet master and rehearsal assistant with Los Angeles Ballet.

Petra Conti
Italian prima ballerina and former principal dancer with Los Angeles Ballet, Boston Ballet, and La Scala Theatre Ballet. Petra brings extensive professional stage experience and artistry to her teaching.

Julia Wei
Founder, Principal, and Executive Director of J Ballet Academy. A graduate of Guangzhou Ballet with a bachelor’s degree in ballet performance and education, Julia is also a senior teacher at the Beijing Dance Academy and has taught ballet since 2002.

Eris Nezha
A graduate of La Scala Ballet School, Eris danced with La Scala Ballet and later served as a principal dancer with Boston Ballet and Los Angeles Ballet.

Julia Ortega
Trained at the School of Arts in Holguín, Cuba, and the National Ballet School of Cuba. A gold medalist at the International Ballet Competition in Peru, Julia brings extensive professional training and teaching experience to J Ballet Academy.

Tigran Sargsyan
Trained at Yerevan Choreographic Dance College, Dance Academy of Zurich, and San Francisco Ballet School. Tigran has danced professionally with Dortmund Ballet and Los Angeles Ballet, where he performed as a principal dancer.

SABRINA LU
Sabrina Lu holds a Master’s Degree in Dance Choreography from Liaoning Normal University and is certified in Chinese Dance and Ballet through Beijing Dance Academy. She specializes in ballet, Chinese dance, flexibility training, and children’s dance education.

HAILIE JADE KERNER
Hailie Jade Kerner has over 23 years of dance experience, with a strong focus on Hip-Hop and Contemporary dance. She brings energy, creativity, and a passion for movement to her teaching, inspiring students to build confidence, musicality, and individual expression.
